How it works
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (the Merchant of Record for all our orders). You can:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at help@theglowelements.com with your order ID and we'll help you process it.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
