These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Glow Elements (the "Service"), operated by Treehouse Studios ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Treehouse Studios, trading as The Glow Elements. You are contracting with Treehouse Studios. You can contact us at hola@theglowelements.com.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance.

3. The product

We sell digital PDF guides for handmade soaps, candles, hair and skincare and related craft products. We also sell digital well-being and Health protocols strictly for educational and biohacking purposes. The use of the digital well-being and Health protocols must be monitored by a healthcare professional. Once purchased, guides are delivered by email and via your download link. Guides are for personal or small-business use by the buyer; redistribution or resale of the PDF itself is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Send spam, attempt phishing, or distribute malicious software;
• Infringe any intellectual property rights, including ours or those of third parties;
• Probe, scan, scrape, or attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
• Resell, redistribute, or sub-license our digital products.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including the PDF guides, branding, photography, design, and code — is owned by Treehouse Studios or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products you purchase for your personal or single-business use. No other rights are granted.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may suspend or modify features at any time without prior notice.

7. Payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency conversion, sales tax, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

8. Account information

You are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout (including a valid email so we can deliver your guide) and for keeping any credentials confidential.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The Service and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Recipes and instructions are provided for educational purposes; you are responsible for testing them safely.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion would be unlawful.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Treehouse Studios harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or otherwise misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Treehouse Studios is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
